First we will start by assessing your personal situation and outlining your goals. Then I will construct a personalized program and go through it with you step-by-step. At every session I will make changes to the program to ensure you are making progress. We can meet regularly or as often as you'd like, and work with you to achieve your goals. The location is your choice, or we can meet at a studio at an extra cost.

Group Training
Do you and your colleagues feel tired and stressed at work? Is your busy schedule not leaving you enough time to exercise? I can help!
First we will start by assessing the group's general goals and requirements. After setting up a schedule, I will come into your workplace and lead the group through a fun fitness session that requires little to no equipment. The group will leave feeling refreshed and energized. It's like a power nap, but that burns calories!

Boxing classes
I try to include a little bit of (non-contact!) boxing training in every fitness class I offer. Boxers are some of the most well-conditioned athletes in the world, so it makes sense to incorporate their training into our workouts because it is highly efficient and challenging. If you are interested in boxing-specific classes (either individually or in a group setting), please contact me for details. You will learn about the basic boxing technique (stance, punches, combinations, footwork, defense) and upgrade your workout. Get fit and learn an invaluable skill!
